Technical Recruiting Director, Ledgent Technology

We are hiring a Glovia ERP developer to start immediately for a direct hire position in Brea, CA.

• We are looking for someone with 3+ years of Glovia ERP development experience, ideally 5+ years
• Minimum of 2 days in office in Brea, CA
• Proficiency with PRO-IV Super Layer is required

What you will be doing:

System Development & Customization

• Build and maintain custom modules within Glovia ERP
• Develop enhancements using SQL, PL/SQL, and PRO-IV Super Layer
• Integrate Glovia with other enterprise systems (e.g., PIM, WMS)

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues
• Provide ongoing support for Glovia ERP users and IT teams

Process Optimization

• Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements
• Implement performance tuning and system upgrades
• Lead technical aspects of Glovia implementation projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals

Documentation & Training

• Create technical documentation and user guides
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with ERP systems (Glovia ERP preferred)
• Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL management tools
• Proficiency with PRO-IV Super Layer
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Hyperion or Crystal Reports
• Familiarity with development tools such as JIRA
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
