Job Description:

• Seeking a senior level Requirements Analyst to work on highly complex policy administration and Quote and Enrollment related projects.
• The role will be re-purposed for project work instead of Run type work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate with cross functional business and technology teams to define project scope and estimates of highly complex business requirements.
• Evaluate business needs, analyze data and processes, evaluate new and existing systems to determine gaps and fits, and translate business requirements to technology specifications.
• Facilitate and participate in application design sessions of complex business requirements.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications and prepare other systems and functional documentation.
• Provide application support to existing applications in production.
• Coordinate and participate in the QA testing process.
• Provide consultative support to business units, project teams, act as liaison between user areas and technology.

Requirements:

• 8 + years eliciting, analyzing, specifying, verifying, documenting and managing highly complex business requirements.
• Good understanding of property/causality insurance business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices.
• Proficient in PL SQL.
• Ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization.
