Job Skills / Requirements Position Summary

The Account Manager oversees day-to-day operations and service delivery for multiple CSG client locations throughout Orange County. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role requiring regular travel between assigned sites and a strong presence with clients, employees, and operational teams.

The Account Manager serves as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts, ensuring service expectations are met, staffing levels are maintained, employees are supported, and operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

Success in this role requires hospitality experience, strong client service and leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities, and effective communication in both English and Spanish.

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts and build strong relationships with client representatives.
  • Oversee multiple Orange County client locations and maintain a consistent on-site presence based on operational needs.
  • Understand each account’s scope of work, staffing requirements, schedules, service expectations, and client procedures.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, staffing, cleanliness, safety, and overall performance.
  • Respond promptly to client requests, concerns, and service issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to employees and supervisors assigned to client locations.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations to maintain appropriate staffing levels and participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling as needed.
  • Coach employees and address attendance, conduct, performance, and workplace concerns, partnering with Human Resources when appropriate.
  • Monitor employee timekeeping, labor hours, overtime, staffing levels, and account performance within established budget expectations.
  • Ensure required operational reports, inspections, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Promote CSG safety policies and safe work practices and ensure workplace injuries, incidents, hazards, and safety concerns are promptly reported.
  • Partner with Operations, Human Resources, Safety, Risk Management, and other CSG departments as needed to support employees and client accounts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or account management experience within the hospitality industry, preferably hotel, resort, housekeeping, janitorial, environmental services, or similar service operations.
  • Experience leading employees and managing day-to-day service operations.
  • Strong client service, relationship management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
