With a close-knit team of around 35 employees and a growing fleet of 13 CNC machines (with plans to expand), the company is known for its in-house design and manufacturing capabilities and its commitment to quality craftsmanship.
About the RoleAs a CNC Machinist, you will cross train on CNC lathe (with live tooling) and 3 axis mill making tight toleranced partsin a high-mix, low-volume environment, typically producing 1 to 5 parts per job. Your experience will directly support the shop’s continued growth and reputation for excellence.
ScheduleStandard hours: starting at 2:30 PM

- Set up lathe and mill machines
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Read G Code
- 1st article inspections
- 3+ years setting up and operating lathes with live tooling and/or 3 axis mills (5 axis mills is a plus)
- Ability and knowledge of G-code
- Other duties around the shop as needed
