• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Operate various manufacturing equipment
• Assist with line set‑ups and start‑ups
• Visually inspect parts that are made
• Recognize and solve minor issues
• Perform other duties that may be assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Able to lift 25 lbs frequently
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanically inclined
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
