Responsibilities and Duties

- Ability to identify the vision and produce goals with realistic plans to achieve them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to provide leadership.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment and/or freezer preferred
- Available to work during weekends and holiday
- Minimum Education:
High School Diploma Required. - Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or other related field is required
- Be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting and use of heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and blast freezers.
