Sky Limit Systems is partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer that’s investing in smarter processes, better tools, and stronger teams — and they’re looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to help drive that change.

This is a full-time, onsite role for a mechanically inclined problem‑solver who thrives on the production floor. You’ll design tooling and fixtures, lead continuous improvement projects, and play a key role in building a leaner, more efficient operation. It’s ideal for someone who’s ready to grow — both technically and as a future leader.

• Design, develop, and implement tooling, fixtures, and process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing flow
• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, throughput, and cost savings
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production challenges
• Document standard work procedures and support lean transformation efforts across the floor
• Oversee small to mid-scale improvement projects from concept through implementation
• Serve as a technical mentor and potential future leader within the manufacturing team

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience building or designing tooling and fixtures
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership potential
• Ability to thrive in a non‑lean environment and drive measurable improvements
• Someone eager to learn every part of the operation and grow into a supervisory or lead role
