We are looking for a creative and organized social media specialist (Red Note) to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for managing our brand’s presence on Red Note, including content planning and production, daily account management, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners. This position requires the ability to communicate (verbal and written) in Mandarin.
Job Responsibilities- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, photos, videos) on Red Note aligned with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Manage and grow Yami’s official Red Note accounts, including follower growth and community engagement.
- Work closely with internal departments (such as design, retail, and product teams) to coordinate content themes and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the Red Note team and external partners to optimize content performance and explore promotional opportunities.
- Monitor content metrics and user feedback to improve strategy and maximize impact.
- Stay up-to-date on Red Note trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital content creation; experience with Red Note is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of Red Note’s platform ecosystem, tone, and audience behavior.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills in Mandarin Chinese.
- Proficiency in English for internal communication and collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Passion for lifestyle, beauty, food, or consumer brands is a plus.
