We are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Specialist – Campaigns to join the Yami team. The main office is located in Brea, California. This role will interact with Marketing Operations managers and cross‑functional teams, giving first‑hand access to Yami’s day‑to‑day operations. Ability to communicate verbally in Mandarin is required.
Job Responsibilities- Managing and executing campaigns from ideas to full launch
- Generating insightful performance reports and roadmaps for next steps
- Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis and synthesizing recommendations to support better decision‑making and improve operations
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to obtain information for ad‑hoc/routine reporting and analysis needs
- Presenting data‑related information succinctly and effectively to stakeholders and leadership
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related majors
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in Marketing, Project Management or similar roles
- Understanding of customer psychology and familiarity with consumer trends and behavior
- Familiarity with project management tools, including Jira, Click Up etc.
- Strong content writing skills
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and cross‑departmental communication skills
- Bilingual in English (read, write, speak) and Mandarin (speak)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Table, V‑Lookup, etc.) with ability to perform advanced analysis
- Ability to perform analysis with data‑supported conclusions
- Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
Previous work experience in e‑commerce and consumer brands.
