Lead LPN/LVN – Family Medicine

Join Providence as a Lead Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in our Family Medicine practice in Brea, California. You will provide direct patient care, mentor clinical staff, and participate in hiring and training while working in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

Under the direction of and in collaboration with the Supervisor, Manager, or Director, you will:

• Lead the clinical staff and manage daily workflow.
• Provide patient care within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Vocational Nursing.
• Assist internal and external customers with patient care and coordination.
• Assist with orientation and training of new employees.
• Participate in the hiring and evaluation process.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program at a vocational school or college.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years of experience as an LVN in an ambulatory or acute care setting; 4 years preferred.

• 1 year experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with IDX and Touchworks systems.

Pay Range: $34.70 - $53.86 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, and bonuses.
