The role creates an exceptional experience for golfers by providing prompt and courteous service, maintaining the golf cart fleet, and keeping all areas around the golf course neat and clean.

• Staging golf carts for guests' use.
• Properly set up the driving and keep it functioning at all times.
• Maintain a clean and well organized cart barn.
• Perform all required cart maintenance procedures.
• Constant communication with the Starter/Greeter.
• Keep all areas clean and well organized.
• Assist the Starter/Greeter with bag handling and any other guest’s needs.
• Make sure all golf carts are clean, stocked, and parked properly in the staging area.
• Perform all required opening & closing procedures and secure the owner’s assets.
• Open and secure the facility as needed.
• Pick and clean driving range balls.
• Perform general cleaning of the facility, clubhouse, and restrooms.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Assistant Professional and other members of the WGP Corporate Team.

• One year prior work experience; golf course experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Exceptional grooming habits; maintain a clean and complete uniform as designated by Management.
• Required to be available for work on all major holidays.
• Must regularly lift and move up to 65 pounds.
• Availability to work on all major holidays.

Physical, Environmental, Cognitive and Social Requirements include:
• Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
• Long periods of standing; outdoor exposure including hot and cold weather and moderate to loud noise levels.
• Frequent stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting; climbing, kneeling, and moving in and out of golf carts.
• Use of dominant hand and fingers for detailed tasks such as handling golf bags, cleaning carts, and operating radio equipment.
