Compensation Range: $16.50 - $18.50/Hour

• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the area of responsibility, meeting or exceeding Federal, State, and Local standards.
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen machinery/equipment safely and store it properly.
• Clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room, and kitchen areas as applicable.
• Scrape/spray ware before placing in ware-washing machine.
• Rack china and glassware according to dish room standards and ensure all ware is clean and sanitary.
• Take out trash as needed; sweep floors and keep them dry and free of spills.
• Practice proper food handling procedures and proper storage of ware.
• Maintain equipment quality through preventative maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist with loading/unloading of miscellaneous equipment and product; move furniture as directed by management.
• Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws.
• Record and report any equipment failure or safety hazards to management immediately.
• Complete nightly/weekly and opening/running/closing duties; ensure proper check-out procedures.
• Inform management of any complaints, comments, or incidents.

• High School Diploma preferred
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid Driver’s License
• 18+ years of age
• Possession of or ability to possess all state-required work cards
• Proper lifting techniques
• Guest relations; sanitation and safety
• Full-service kitchen operations
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

• Work indoors and/or outdoors; exposed to hot/cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors
• Environment with varying levels of noise and guest volume
• Fast-paced, high-volume full-service restaurant
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods
• Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; kneel, crouch or crawl
