Our Team Members receive:
- Pay Range $16.50 - $17.00 per hour PLUS average tips per hour of $4.14 - $4.53
- 75% off meals
- Earn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay

- Prepare, produce, and serve visually appealing, high‑quality foods on the hot side of the line, primarily in the Bowls, Carve/Grill, Soup, and Braise stations.
- Follow Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and presentable appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to Core Values and the Five Promises of a Great Team Member.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Show high energy and the ability to work in a high‑volume environment consistently.
- Always have a ready smile and willingness to make a connection with each guest.
