Hourly compensation ranges from $18.90 to $19.15, dependent on qualifications and experience.

• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and reducing shrinkage.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies.
• Support the Store Manager in all tasks related to overall store operations and maintaining high guest service levels.

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail or management experience required.
• Physical demands: standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per shift.
• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
