The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Brea, CA, responsible for leading the sales floor to deliver an elevated customer experience and achieve store performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and supporting sales associates, driving client engagement, and ensuring consistent application of brand service standards. The role oversees daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising support, and maintaining store presentation and product readiness.
The Sales Supervisor monitors sales metrics, contributes to action plans to meet targets, and supports inventory management, loss prevention practices, and adherence to company policies. This position collaborates closely with store leadership to train team members, model professional behavior, and promote a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to build relationships, engage clients, and represent the brand professionally.
- Team management and training skills to lead, coach, and develop sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, understand key performance indicators, and support decisions that drive store results.
- Previous retail or luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or key-holder role.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods as needed.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications; comfort working with store reports and operational procedures.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, respectful teamwork and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, fashion, or related fields is a plus.
