• 特定の不動産取引について、取締役会の承認を得るためのプレゼンテーションを準備
• 不動産取引が会社の財務および営業目標と戦略に合致していることを確認
• 店舗開発プロセスにおいて、部門間（建設、コンプライアンス、メカニックなど）と機能横断的に協力
• 設計・建設段階において、オペレーション、プランニング、不動産、LPチームと図面を調整
• 会社施設のコストパフォーマンスを最適化するバリューエンジニア
• 建設および許認可に関連するすべての契約を確認し、変更指示書にサインオフ
• 必要なライセンスの取得を管理
• 新規店舗に必要な許認可をタイムリーに取得
• 既存店舗の許認可を良好な状態に保つための管理
• 建設コストに対する金額の妥当性を検討すること
• 国内物件への出張が可能であること（月に2〜3回程度）
