Creates an exceptional experience for golfers by providing prompt and courteous service, managing starting times of players, monitoring pace of play and behavior on the course, and keeping all areas around the golf course neat and clean.

• Greet players at the first tee and on the course
• Stage golf carts for guests’ use as needed
• Maintain a clean and well–organized first tee and golf course
• Maintain constant communication with the Golf Shop Attendant and Outside Service Staff
• Ensure all golf carts going onto the golf course are clean and in good working order (brakes, tires, etc.)
• Perform other duties as requested by the Operations Manager and/or the Manager on Duty

• One year prior work experience; golf course experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Polite, professional, punctual, and reliable
• Exceptional grooming habits
• Wear a clean and complete uniform as designated by Management
• Required to be available for work on all major holidays
• Must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds

• Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, grasping; stand for long periods of time, outside weather conditions, moderate to loud noise level
• Frequently required to stoop, bend, crouch, and squat; climb, kneel, go in and out of golf carts; twist at neck and waist; reach above and below shoulder level; push and pull when retrieving, storing, and moving golf bags; use dominant hand and fingers for manipulation; find documents; use two–way radios
