Fleet Maintenance Manager
The Rooter Company is hiring a Warehouse, Fleet & Equipment Manager in Brea, CA, paying $25 to $30 an hour depending on experience. You will run our warehouse and shop, keep our service fleet maintained and on the road, and make sure every technician has the equipment, tools, and supplies they need each day. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.
Who You Are :You bring 3+ years of warehouse, fleet, or equipment management experience, ideally in the trades or field services.
You have working knowledge of plumbing and drain equipment like jetters, sewer cameras, and locators.
You are comfortable with Service Titan, Fleet Pro, or similar asset and fleet tracking systems.
You are highly organized and bring a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
You hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and can lift 50 lbs.
We are a growing plumbing, drain, and home-services company based in Brea, CA.
Our technicians count on having the right vehicles, equipment, and supplies every day.
We value accountability, minimal downtime, and taking care of our team in the field.
Run the warehouse as the central hub for field equipment, tools, trench shoring, PPE, and uniforms, and document every handoff.
Track all field equipment with an asset register and check-out/check-in system, and get sewer cameras and drain equipment repaired the same day.
Inspect 7 vehicles per week, schedule maintenance every 30 to 45 days, and keep logs and driver assignments current in Fleet Pro.
Report vehicle damage and accidents, coordinate claims, and manage fleet maintenance spend within budget.
Coordinate uniform deliveries, handle minor shop repairs, recover equipment from departing employees, and deliver a monthly fleet and equipment report.
Pay is $25 to $30 an hour depending on experience.
