Materials Management Associate – Brea, California.

On‑site position. Salary range: $23.61 – $25.00 per hour. Auto Req  .

Support the Materials Management team with warehouse and inventory management. Responsibilities include maintaining the warehouse and inventory, comparing deliveries with purchase orders, verifying purchases, interacting with suppliers, keeping purchase order records, and performing other duties as assigned.

• Maintain the warehouse and inventory.
• Work with staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies.
• Verify purchases by comparing them to a master list and recommending alternatives for expensive/irrelevant products.
• Interact with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors.
• Keep and file records of purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documents.
• Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.

High School diploma or GED.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a relevant field preferred.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, and/or Record‑Keeping required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the ERP system.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Warehouse and office environment; may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
