The Shift Manager leads the experience: handles and oversees crew schedules, inspires and empowers crew and managers, supervises food safety and cleanliness, takes action on safety, security, inventory, and profitability, encourages learning, and drives results–oriented performance.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
