Bearehill Care Home is a beautiful Georgian mansion in the charming town of Brechin, surrounded by tranquil gardens and scenic wildlife. The home provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 49 residents. With its sunny conservatory, sensory garden, freshly prepared meals and warm, homely atmosphere, it is a place where residents are supported to live well and feel truly valued.

We are now recruiting a clinically strong and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about high standards, person centred care and supporting a positive culture for both residents and colleagues.

• Up to £50,000 per annum
• 40 hours per week
• 2 supernumerary shifts and 2 clinical shifts on the floor
• NMC registration fees paid
• Paid PVG, Pension scheme
• 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead the clinical and operational delivery of the service. You will oversee clinical practice, ensuring safe, effective and high quality care that meets regulatory requirements and reflects each resident’s individual needs and preferences.

You will support and mentor the nursing and care teams, promote continuous learning and lead by example to embed best practice across the home. You will build positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals, ensuring clear communication and a supportive environment.

You will confidently deputise for the Home Manager when required, contribute to audits and quality improvement, and play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, documentation and governance.

• Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical background within elderly care, ideally including dementia care
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to mentor, support and develop staff
• Good understanding of clinical governance and quality standards
• A values led approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
