Overview
An exciting opportunity to join us for the harvest season, from July to October. We are looking to employ a keen person to help with pre-harvest preparation and assist with intake during the harvest period.
Harvest Intake Outside Operator — Responsibilities- Tipping lorries into the correct barley holding bins.
- Grain drying.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene on the intakes throughout the day.
- Flexibility with working hours.
- Basic computer skills, especially when programming equipment and ensuring machine controls are set correctly.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Good team player.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Retention bonus.
- Experience of working for a Certified B Corporation accredited company.
- Guaranteed full-time work in the harvest period.
- Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy working environment with involvement in risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
- On-site parking.
