As a Painting Crew Foreman, you will lead on job sites, manage your crew, make smart decisions, and deliver high‑finish work. Collaboration with the Production Manager will help build a culture of excellence on and off the ladder.

• Lead and supervise your crew on‑site, setting the tone for professionalism and productivity
• Keep job sites safe, organized, and on schedule
• Assign daily tasks that play to your crew’s strengths
• Maintain high standards for prep, detail, and final finish
• Communicate with Production Managers about supplies, timelines, and progress
• Adjust short‑term schedules to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Promote a positive team vibe that is respectful, hardworking, and drama‑free
• Represent Allman Painting with pride to clients and contractors

• 2+ years of leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Confident, clear communicator with solid crew management skills
• Strong planning and troubleshooting instincts
• English fluency (Spanish is a bonus)
• Valid driver’s license
• Local to Summit County or ready to relocate to Breckenridge, CO

• $25–$35/hour, depending on experience
