School Counselor
Overview
School Psychologists are responsible for consultation and direct counseling services, program evaluation, specific assessments, and collaboration with various school teams. School Psychologists at SSD are also part of the leadership team to support in the improvement and development of the SSD Department of Special Education.
Qualifications- Special Service Provider (SSP) issued by the Colorado Department of Education with an endorsement in School Psychology
- Successful, school-based experience in RTI and school based counseling preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Current Work calendar SY25-26 to be finalized. Position is 185 Days plus 10 extra days for Special Education Leadership Team
