- : [Front Desk Agent / Concierge] As a Lift Operations Team Lead at Vail Resorts, you'll:
Lead daily operations of resort lifts such as scheduling staff, maintaining daily lift documentation, and owning the execution of opening and closing procedures in your zone;
Assist with on-mountain training of leads and operators in daily operations and safety;
Monitor and document lift operator performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction;
Receive and assess guest questions, comments and complaints providing timely resolutions.
