About the Role

At Breckenridge Grand Vacations, we create Grand Vacations by Sharing Smiles with every Owner, Guest, and coworker. As our Assistant General Manager at Grand Colorado on Peak 8, you will be the operational heartbeat of the resort, translating our commitment to hospitality excellence into every guest interaction, every team member's success, and every detail of the property experience. You will be the strategic partner to the Resort General Manager, ensuring our teams feel supported, our guests feel cared for, and our standards never waiver.

This role is perfect for a hospitality leader who is equal parts mentor, operational strategist, and guest advocate. You will take ownership of the resort's daily operations, from overseeing Guest Services, Housekeeping, Night Operations, and the GC8 Ice Rink to collaborating with Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Spa leadership to maintain seamless, elevated experiences across every corner of the property. You will lead up to 10 staff members, including three department managers, coaching them to think critically, solve problems, and deliver results, while always acting with integrity and accountability.

You will partner with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, manage vendor relationships and departmental expenses, and serve as a key contributor to Board and HOA presentations. You will also play a critical role in safety and emergency preparedness, serving on the Crisis Management Team and ensuring our teams are trained, ready, and resilient.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, are driven by a desire to develop people and exceed expectations and find deep satisfaction in knowing you played a part in creating unforgettable vacations for Owners and Guests, we'd love to meet you.
