* Job Description:

*** Determine customers' equipment needs.
* Perform quality tunes, mounting, adjustments and repairs to customers' equipment according to established guidelines.
* Fit boots, skis, snowboards and/or poles to guest satisfaction
* Adhere to safety procedures regarding use of tools and equipment
* Adjust ski / snowboard bindings to proper specifications per ASTM standards
* Demonstrate and maintain the high standard of guest service
* Determine equipment condition and accurately schedule rental equipment for maintenance
* Ensure pricing is accurate, including any current advertised items and specials.
* Serve as knowledgeable resource to customers.
* Be familiar with the merchandise carried in the store, including brands, key features and benefits, as well as ability to make accurate suggestions to customers.
* Remain current on ski industry products and trends to share knowledge with customers.
* Ensure you deliver exceptional Customer Service that is consistent and beyond expectations.
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends
* Maintain proper visual presentation of merchandise and store cleanliness standards
* Maintain all company paperwork according to policies and standards
* Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedures
* Be on-time for your scheduled work-shift, with proper and clean appearance
* Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
* Be energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task
* Operate at the highest standards of safety
* Attend product knowledge clinics
* Ensure that you are aware of current advertised items and specials
