Based in Breckenridge, Mounting Pro specializes in top-tier finishes in Colorado's mountain environments. Our work is everywhere: multimillion-dollar homes, ski resorts, alpine lodges, and mountain infrastructure projects. We're a tight-knit crew with a strong work ethic and a love for life outside.

As a Journey Painter, you'll apply flawless finishes and take pride in exquisite work in a reputable company. This role demands speed, skill, and an eye for detail. You'll work with experienced teams to produce clean, lasting results in beautiful but demanding mountain conditions.

• Apply paint, stain, lacquer, and learn to use professional spray equipment (Graco, Titan, etc.)
• Follow blueprints, job specs, and verbal instructions
• Handle prep work: masking, sanding, priming, and clean‑up
• Maintain and troubleshoot spray systems
• Work confidently at heights: ladders, lifts, scaffolding
• Communicate clearly with crew leads and teammates
• Stay safe and alert on active job sites

• 3 years of painting experience (residential or commercial preferred)
• Familiarity with airless and conventional spray systems
• Comfortable working outdoors year‑round and at elevation
• Reliable transportation to Breckenridge/Summit County
• Fluent in either English or Spanish
• Bonus: experience with fine finishes like trim, doors, or cabinetry
• Bonus: steady, positive, and dependable under pressure
