• Produce quality CT/XR images in a variety of settings
• Manage patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking
• Communicate effectively with patients and care teams
• Work well under stress and with minimal supervision
• Function independently and as part of the CT/XR team

• Underserved population in the Greater Cleveland area
• Trauma/Emergency Patients
• Stroke Patients
• Cancer Patients
• Orthopedics, Podiatry, Neurology, PM&R, and more
• Operating Room & Pain Management (Parma & Brecksville only)
• Bone Densitometry (Parma Only)

• Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• IV starts
• Produces quality CT/XR images in a variety of settings
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients
• Educating patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examinations to maintain understanding and comfort
• On-the-spot critical thinking
• Effective communication skills
• Functions well under stress and with minimal supervision
• Works well both independently and as part of the CT/XR team

• Cross-functional collaboration with Nurses, Physicians, Respiratory Therapists and other care team members throughout the hospital to provide high-quality care

• All CT scanners are ARRT credentialed and AC R Accredited (where applicable)
• Early life cycle CT and X-Ray equipment at Brecksville, Cleveland Heights, and Parma
• Performs a variety of technical procedures utilizing CT & X-Ray scanning equipment in the diagnosis of diseases

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH)
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period

• One-year related experience, as well as advanced certification through the ARRT in CT

• May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day
• May need to lift, pull or push over 50 lbs
• May need to sit or stand for extended periods
• See in the normal visual range with or without correction
• Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction
