We’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate
Behavior Therapist
to join our awesome team! In this role, you’ll do meaningful, hands‑on work supporting children and individuals with developmental disabilities through behavior intervention and skill‑building using ABA therapy.

You’ll run individualized treatment plans, collect data to track progress, and work closely under the guidance of a supportive BCBA who’s invested in your growth. No two days look the same, and every day brings opportunities to celebrate wins, big and small.

The ideal candidate loves working with kids, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. Experience or certifications in ABA are a plus, but not required! Already an RBT? Great. Not registered yet? No problem, we’ll help you become one.

We are a growing pediatric therapy center providing

Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, ABA, social‑emotional programming, and other supports for children and families.

Our model gives clinicians the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines rather than working in isolation.

This position is intentionally small to start—about 5 hours per week—making it ideal for someone who already works elsewhere, wants a small pediatric caseload, or is looking for additional clinical hours. As our PT program and caseload expand,additional hours may become available.
