Job Overview:
As a Junior Headhunter at Ciresi Morek, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and placing top talent for our clients. Your mission will be to conduct thorough searches, engage with candidates, and manage the end-to-end candidate process for various positions. You will be the driving force behind finding the perfect match between candidates and companies, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
Use various sourcing strategies, including direct search, networking, and database mining, to identify qualified candidates. - Candidate Engagement:
Engage with potential candidates through interviews and screening to evaluate qualifications and experience. - Market Research:
Stay current with market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates. - Performance Metrics:
Achieve key performance targets, including placement goals, client satisfaction, and candidate quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or executive search, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of talent engagement strategies and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive, results-driven approach that can manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
