The Sr. Global Business Manager for Home Care has full P&L responsibility shaping and executing a global growth strategy aligned with greater Lubrizol Life Sciences objectives. The individual will be accountable to deliver expected revenue and margin across the product lines, oversee commercial pipeline development, driving operational excellence, and keen focus on sustainable growth for the business. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep market understanding and connections, and the ability to build high-performing teams, while fostering innovation and customer-centricity.

• Develop and implement strategic global business roadmap and plans working with greater regional stakeholders
• Own full P&L responsibility - ensuring achievement of short- and long-term revenue and margin targets
• Drive global innovation with marketing, technical, and product management teams to build a robust commercial pipeline and deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth
• Oversee global pricing strategy and demand forecasting across existing customers and partners to meet financial objectives
• Champion market, customer, and competitive intelligence to ensure Lubrizol maintains competitive advantage and access to new and differentiating opportunities with current and future product portfolio
• Foster strong relationships across customers, partners and the broader market for continued recognition of Lubrizol's leadership in the respective segments
• Work with the regional business teams to capture pipeline and metrics with clear and concise report out of activities
• Build and lead high-performing business team hyper-focused on delivering market relevant and value-added solutions

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Home Care market (B2B) with proven track-record of P&L leadership with developing and executing business strategy.
• Strong network and deep understanding across global Home Care markets and customers to identify the needs and deliver relevant solutions.
• Passionate leadership style grounded in authentic approaches to coach, develop and inspire team members across the regional and global teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver on aligned expectations.
• Data-driven decision skills to drive commercial excellence and continuous improvement to drive changes and deliver measurable impacts to the business and greater region.
