The Automation Machine Operator runs automated machine work cells according to specific schedules and procedures. This position is a full‑time, entry‑level role located in Cleveland, Ohio. The shift is Monday – Friday, 3:45 pm – 12:15 am.

Position Summary

The Automation Machine Operator is responsible for inspecting parts manufactured by automated work cells, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining machine cleanliness, and troubleshooting minor error alarms.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Remove finished components/assemblies from work cells
• Inspect parts for overall integrity while machine is cycling
• Maintain quality and efficiency standards
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly
• Follow instructions and procedures accurately and precisely

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Language Skills

• Ability to read, and interpret technical procedures in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Essential Job Functions

• Cognitive: Communicate effectively, analyze numbers, read and interpret written materials, comply with company policies, respond to feedback, troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Physical: Hear and verbally communicate; lift up to 25 lbs; sit or stand for hours at a time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Ability to establish priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, and facilitate teamwork.

Equipment Used

Automated work cells, compressed air guns, computers, barcode scanners.

Special/Additional Requirements

May be required to pass a drug, alcohol, and/or criminal background check.
