The Manager/Senior Manager of Digital Platforms leads PMPA’s digital operations, brand execution, digital media, website, social media, publication production, and selected technology platforms and tools for this non‑profit trade association. The role combines planning, prioritization, platform stewardship, and cross‑functional project leadership with hands‑on creative and production execution. The position serves as a key internal resource for digital campaigns, content, web presence, creative assets, member‑facing platforms, and technology tools that support organizational efficiency and engagement.

• Maintain and execute PMPA messaging and branding standards across digital and print channels.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing marketing and digital outreach plan, including non-member email outreach, Production Machining advertising, PMPA article promotion, social media promotion, podcast promotion, and website lead‑generation activity.
• Develop campaigns for new organizational deliverables and retention/education initiatives.
• Develop Event booth creative and design when applicable, coordinating requirements with the Director of Communications & Events.
• Set campaign priorities, schedules, production workflows, and success measures, and identify improvements based on results and organizational needs.

• Develop and maintain PMPA’s social media strategy and monthly content calendar to support consistent, timely communication and routine cadence of posts.
• Create and schedule content supporting chapters, new members, Annual Meeting, Management Update Conference, National Technical Conference (NTC), Mastery Program, PMTS, Production Machining Magazine content, membership highlights, and other organizational initiatives.
• Create still images, short‑form and promotional video, motion graphics, and other digital content using appropriate professional design, video, and AI‑assisted tools.
• Develop approaches to increase brand visibility, engage existing audiences, and broaden appeal to emerging and younger audiences.

• Design brochures and promotional materials for organizational events and initiatives, including print and digital assets.
• Create and prepare the annual Planner, Membership Directory, seasonal/holiday creative, postcards, flyers, email banners, website artwork, membership materials, and other creative projects.
• Support the partnership with Gardner Business Media to produce the PMPA pages for Production Machining Magazine through curating materials and ensuring the PMPA proofing for final publication.
• Curate and coordinate magazine content and write or edit content as assigned; coordinate article inputs, imagery, layout feedback, and production deadlines with staff and publishing partners.

• Serve as the functional administrator for PMPA’s Higher Logic Learning Management System (LMS), managing back‑end configuration, course setup, content publishing, user experience, and ongoing platform administration.
• Develop, build, and maintain the ongoing LMS learning content, translating technical subject matter into organized, engaging digital courses and learning experiences for PMPA members.
• Support the final production, proofing, and quality review of LMS content in close collaboration with PMPA’s Technical Director to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and readiness for publication.
