As an Insurance Customer Service & Sales Professional, you will help grow and maintain a local Allstate agency by engaging with existing clients and new clients while building strong relationships in the community. This position is available for either Full or Part Time. You will apply insurance knowledge servicing and applying some sales skills to aid the customers in a pleasant experience with the agency while increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities- Onboarding New Clients/customers to the agency, helping them understand the online tools and policies available to them.
- Assist with Billing, documents and walk in customers.
- Offer further protection advice to customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs.
- Aid customers with potential claim direction and comfort at time of an emotional experience.
- Solidify the relationship with the customer and providing personalized support.
- Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
- Provide a positive customer experience
- Prior Customer Service experience required
- Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Certifications (existing license is a plus!)
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up on a professional level
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer, Microsoft Office and Window's experience while handling multiple applications at the same time,

Each agency is different in how their staff, book of business, sales process, and compensation is structured. Compensation is typically offered as base plus commission and will depend on the agency and your experience. Actual benefits offered will vary per agency and may not include the benefits listed above.
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.
