PE Teacher Job in Brecon, South Wales

We are recruiting a qualified Physical Education (PE) Teacher for a supportive secondary school in Brecon, South Wales. This role is ideal for a PE Teacher seeking short‑term, medium‑term, or flexible full‑time/part‑time teaching work in Mid Wales.

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across all key stages (KS3-KS4, KS5 where applicable)

• Organise and supervise extracurricular sports clubs and school sporting events
• Ensure safe practice and effective behaviour management during practical lessons
• Create a positive and inclusive environment for all learners

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Relevant PE subject knowledge and specialist experience
• A strong understanding of the Physical Education curriculum and assessment requirements
• Good organisational and classroom management skills
• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high‑quality PE teaching
• A clear focus on helping students progress and achieve strong outcomes, including exam preparation
