Teacher Assistant/ Paraprofessional, Special Education Assistant, Special Needs / Learning Disabilities
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN setting.
Be patient, understanding and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
Have good communication and teamwork skills.
Be reliable, proactive and passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
Hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs in the classroom.
Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.
Helping pupils access learning activities and develop independence.
Working closely with teaching staff and other professionals.
Supporting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment.

Salary:£100 – £120/day
