Health and Wellbeing Business Support Manager

Main duties of the jobYou will bring:
- A detailed knowledge of administrative and business support services
- Significant experience in patient services and administration
- A willingness to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- An ability to provide training and supervision to other members of the administrative team
- Enthusiasm for business administration and organisation
- Excellent digital skills including an ability to use the full range of Microsoft 365 tools
This role is varied and challenging and will suit an individual who can perform well under pressure, whilst maintaining a full awareness of daily operational activity.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post;
English and / or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Person Specification Qualifications and Knowledge- RSA III or equivalent demonstrable experience of typing plus experience of working in an administrative / business environment
- Fully proficient in the use of IT software packages including Microsoft
365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Electronic Diaries and Internet - Ability to collate, analyse and draw conclusions from data and present reports in a variety of formats
- Experience of working in partnership with stakeholders
- Significant experience in an administrative/business role
- Extensive previous experience of working with healthcare
- Experience of taking and transcribing detailed minutes
- Awareness of Data Protection and confidentiality legislation
- Experience of report writing and excellent organisational and planning skills
- Previous experience of working in a Health and Wellbeing Service setting
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and negotiating skills with an ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external personnel
- Ability and credibility to cultivate relationships with all levels of staff
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
