9.30pm - 7.30am Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Trenewydd Trenewydd is a 35 bed care home designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for its residents with features such as easily accessible gardens and shared spaces that are designed to be both stimulating and calming.
Situated in the friendly residential suburb of Llanfaes, near Brecon and close to local amenities, the purpose-built home works hard to create a welcoming and homely atmosphere where residents can access any of the three lounges to share time with friends and family.

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
