job summary

this post is a fixed term/secondment until 31/03/2027. If you are interested in applying for the position on a secondment, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.

main duties of the job

reporting to the regional innovation co-ordination (ric) hub manager, the post holder will support the ric team in developing and delivering innovation in powys, facilitating and supporting relationships across the health and care system and delivering innovation activity within powys.

ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects/plans concurrently, including interdependencies, within an environment of change.

communicate effectively across the powys health & care system via the regional partnership board (rpb) to ensure that a culture of innovation & improvement is developed and embedded.

we would particularly welcome applications from welsh speakers; but even if you don't speak any welsh, or want to develop your skills, don't worry: the health board will support you with training.
