24 hours per week Shift Pattern: 8:00pm - 8:00am (2 nights per week, including every other weekend) Salary: £12.60
About the Role We are seeking a caring and dependable Support Worker to join our night team at The Mountains Nursing Home on a permanent part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent night shifts while making a meaningful difference to residents’ lives by providing high-quality, person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting residents with personal care and wellbeing needs
- Promoting dignity, independence, and comfort during night hours
- Carrying out regular checks and responding to call bells
- Maintaining accurate documentation and handovers
- Supporting a calm, safe and respectful environment overnight
- Following safeguarding and care standards at all times
- Have a compassionate and caring nature
- Be reliable and able to work independently at night
- Work well as part of a team
- Be available to work every other weekend as part of the rota
- Previous care experience is desirable
- Paid induction and training
- DBS check paid for by the company
