Shift Pattern: 20:00pm - 8:00am (4 nights per week, rota basis including weekends)

Salary: £12.60 an hour

The Mountains Nursing Home is looking to recruit a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our night team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily needs, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment throughout the night.

• Providing person-centred care and support to residents
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Supporting residents with mobility and wellbeing needs
• Monitoring residents throughout the night and responding to call bells
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety and infection control procedures are followed at all times

• Is caring, patient, and reliable
• Has good communication and teamwork skills
• Is committed to delivering high-quality care
• Is able to work night shifts on a rota basis, including weekends
• Previous care or support experience is desirable (full training provided)
