Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd. in Brecon is seeking a Residential Team Leader to lead care on shift and uphold high standards of person-centred care for residents, including those with dementia.
You will administer and record medications, support staff, liaise with families, and maintain care plans; NVQ Level 3 required or studying towards, with experience in older people’s residential care; 14-hour contract with varied shifts.
