Support Worker (3606)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Brecon. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community – so that they can live good lives.
Do you hold a full UK driving license? You'll need one for this role.

What You'll Do
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives.
- Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines.
- Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community.
- Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
