Nursing Home Manager

The Bridge Group Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager on behalf of a well-established Health care provider. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a residential setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with CIW regulations and leading a stable and supportive staff team.

The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years experience within a Registered Manager position A strong and positive working relationship with CIW Proven experience managing a Nursing Home. A consistent employment history demonstrating longevity and commitment within previous roles Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills A passion for maintaining high standards of care and staff wellbeing Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the home remains compliant with CIW standards and regulations Leading, supporting and developing the staff team Promoting a positive and person-centred culture within the service Managing occupancy, staffing and overall operational performance Building positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals This role would suit an experienced Nursing Home manager seeking a long-term opportunity within a supportive and values-led care environment.
