Registered General Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to provide high-quality patient care within a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients.
• Assess patients and monitor their health and wellbeing.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Work closely with doctors and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Support patients with their individual care needs.
• Recognise and escalate any changes in a patient's condition.
• Follow infection prevention, safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Essential Requirements

• Current NMC registration.
• Relevant nursing qualification.
• Previous hospital nursing experience.
• Up-to-date mandatory training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
