Head Chefto lead ourtalentedkitchen team and continue delivering outstanding food that reflects the character and heritage of ouruniquehotel.

As Head Chef, you will takefull ownershipofthe kitchen, leadinga brigadeof9 chefsin a fast-paced hotel environment. You'll be responsible for developing inspiring seasonal menus, maintaining exceptional food quality, and creating apositive, high-performing kitchen culture.

This is ahands-on leadership role for acreative chef witha passion forfresh, locally sourced food and proven experience managing busyhotel kitchens.

• Proven experience asaHead Chef within a busyhotel or high-volume hospitality environment.
• A strong backgroundincreating and leading your own menus, with a flairfor Modern British cuisine and seasonal ingredients.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing abrigadeof9 chefs ormore.
• A passion for coaching, mentoring and training kitchen teamsto achieve consistently high standards.
• Strong commercial awareness, including foodcost control, stock management and labour planning.
• Excellent knowledge offood safety, HACCPand health & safety legislation.
• Calm under pressure with exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
• A full UKdriving licence andaccess to transportis preferred, as the hotel'slocation requires reliable travel.

• Lead, inspire andmanage a brigadeof 9 chefs.
• Create, develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase local Welsh produce.
• Train, mentor and develop the kitchen team, encouraging progression and excellence.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation acrossall services.
• Manage kitchen operations including ordering, stock control, GP, food costs andlabour budgets.
• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, HACCP and health&safety standards.
• Work closely withthe senior management team to deliveran outstanding guest experience.
• Foster a positive, supportive and collaborative kitchen culture.
