Trauma-Informed Residential Support Worker
Fair Ways in the Brecon Beacons area seeks a Children's Intervention/Residential Support Worker to join our team in residential and intervention homes. You will support up to 5 children aged up to 18 who have experienced trauma, using therapeutic approaches and activity-based programmes.
The role involves trauma-informed responses, safeguarding, recording and communicating with colleagues, and helping young people develop self-esteem and pro-social skills through outdoor and indoor activities.
