Hyfforddwr Gymnasteg​/Gymnastics Coach - Penlan

Freedom Leisure, a leading UK charitable leisure trust with over 130 centre locations, is recruiting a Gymnastics Coach for our Swansea contract. The role supports our mission to improve lives through leisure by delivering high‑quality, inclusive gymnastics sessions for children aged five and older.

• Plan and deliver weekly gymnastics sessions for children aged 5 and older.
• Use enthusiasm and creative ideas to engage participants and promote a fun, safe environment.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure all activity meets health & safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with parents, children and fellow coaching staff.
• Be flexible and available to work across varying shift times as required.
• Assist with programme development and support continuous improvement of activities.

• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and approachable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fellow coaches, parents and children alike.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to use initiative and take responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team of coaching staff.
• Adaptable and flexible with changing hours.
• Full training programme will be provided; prior coaching experience is desirable but not essential.
• Welsh language skills are desirable.
• Dedication to the club, to groups under supervision, and to the community.
• Capability to develop courses and pursue further qualifications.

Salary: up to £12.29 per hour.
