Tender Manager Subsea Cables

Role Overview  As a Commercial Manager or Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing corresponding project proposals for complex offshore works. You will lead a tender team, establish strong client relationships, and drive high‑quality tender submissions.
Responsibilities   Analyze tender documentation received from potential clients.
Work on method selection and write proposals.
Prepare and review cost calculations and programming of works (planning).
Work on risk assessments.
Liaise with subcontractors, partners and supporting departments.
Lead a team of tender engineers.
Summarize and report for internal and external approval.
Take the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients.
Qualifications   BSc or MSc Degree in a relevant discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in tendering, preparation and follow‑up for installation of oil & gas platforms, decommissioning or construction of civil infrastructures (jetties, trestles, marine terminals, dolphins and in/outtake structures).
Ability to work under pressure and keep team focused.
Excellent negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
Strong communication at all organizational levels.
Pragmatic, proactive mindset, hands‑on and problem‑solving approach.
Structured, deadline‑oriented work style.
Strong leadership, driving team to excellence.

Experience with MS Office applications.
Knowledge of planning programs such as MS Project and/or Primavera (asset).
Willingness to travel abroad for short missions.
